These terms explain how you can buy from Style Vely. They cover prices, payment, delivery, returns, and your rights. Please read them before you order.

    Terms of service

    These terms and conditions apply to every sale between stylevely.com ("Style Vely", "we", "us") and you as the buyer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
     
    If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website. If you have any questions, contact us before you order.

    Prices

    All prices are retail prices in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include the following:
    • Taxes
    • Duties
    • Import fees
    • Service charges
    • Payment charges
    • Delivery charges
    If an item is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we can correct the price at any time, even after you place your order. We will let you know about the error, and you can choose to buy at the new price or cancel your order. These rules apply to both domestic and international orders. Customs rules, duties, and import fees depend on your country’s laws, and Style Vely is not responsible for these charges on international deliveries.
     
    For international returns due to pricing errors or duty charges, please get in touch with our customer service team within three (3) days of delivery. We will give you step-by-step instructions and the documents you need for your return, as explained in Section 9.

    Payment

    We accept the following payment methods:

    Cash on Delivery is only available for orders delivered within Dhaka city and certain nearby areas approved by Style Vely. To check if your address is eligible, see Style Vely's official list of approved delivery zones. If your address is not listed, you cannot use Cash on Delivery.

    If your order is delivered outside Dhaka city or the approved surrounding areas, you must pay in advance. You can pay by bank transfer, mobile financial services like bKash or Nagad, or other approved electronic methods shown at checkout. We will process your order after we confirm your payment.

    Delivery time and charges

    Delivery times depend on the courier’s daily schedule. Style Vely is not responsible for courier delays. All delivery times are estimates and are given in working days.

    Stock

    Sometimes products may be out of stock. If you try to buy an item that is not available, we will contact you using your details. For out-of-stock items, you can use the 'notify' button on the product page. Enter your email address, and we will email you when the product is back in stock.
     
    We may cancel your order or delivery if the stock quantity or price was incorrect when you ordered. If we cannot deliver as promised, we will contact you and offer you the option to cancel your order.

    Colors and materials

    Please note that differences in device display settings, such as brightness, contrast, and color configuration, can affect how colors appear. While we try to show colors, materials, and finishes accurately with high-quality images and detailed descriptions, the colors you see on your screen may not exactly match the actual product due to these technical limitations.
     
    Many of our products are made from natural or hand-finished materials, so you may notice small differences in color, texture, or appearance. These are natural features, not defects. Please follow the care instructions that come with your purchase to keep your product in good condition.

    Sizes

    All product sizes are measured according to standard international guidelines and are shown in both centimeters (cm) and inches.
    If you need the size guide or measurement details in another accessible format, or need help finding your size, contact our customer service team. Please check the size chart before you order.

    Force majeure

    We are not required to fulfill an agreement if events beyond our control happen, such as strikes, lockouts, blockades, war, civil unrest, government sanctions, or natural disasters. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as we can using your contact details.

    Returns and refunds

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the legal right to start a return within three (3) days of receiving your item. If illness, travel, or other unexpected events prevent you from submitting your return request within this three-day window, you must contact our customer service team before the deadline and provide a detailed explanation and any relevant documents. Our team will review your request and may grant an extension at our discretion if appropriate. This return policy protects your legal rights and ensures timely communication and resolution of return matters.
     
    To return your order, you have two options. If you notice any issues with the item at delivery, you can give it back to the delivery person before accepting the package. If you find a problem after delivery, contact our customer service team within three days for help. Once we approve your return, we will give you clear instructions on how to return the item.
     
    We will issue your refund after we receive and approve your returned items. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within seven (7) business days of approval, unless we tell you otherwise at the time of purchase.     Complaints and defects

    We cover manufacturing and material defects found during normal use for one (1) year from the date of delivery. To make a warranty claim, notify our customer service team of the defect within this one year and provide details and any required supporting documents. The warranty does not cover damage or wear caused by misuse, poor care, rough handling, or unauthorized changes.
     
    If you find a defect within the specified period, please tell our customer service team with details of the issue and any needed documents. Once we receive your warranty claim, we will review the information and decide if it meets the warranty conditions. If we approve your claim, we will offer a repair, a replacement, or a refund, as appropriate. Our customer service team will let you know the next steps and give you instructions based on the agreed solution.

    Privacy

    Style Vely takes your privacy seriously. We protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices, including firewalls, regular security audits, and encryption of payment details with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. While these measures help keep your data secure, no online system is completely risk-free. For this reason, we use extra approved safeguards to further protect your information.

    We may update this privacy section at any time. Changes take effect when we post them here, and we will note any important updates. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, we may transfer your information to the new owners so we can keep serving you.
